All accounts are in IAM format (Instaman, InstAccountsManager). Accounts can only be uploaded via API data import. Accounts are non-refundable; replacements are only possible if all conditions are met. Replacements are only possible if there is a log delivery error during initial authorization. All products come with a 40-minute warranty; beyond this time, products cannot be replaced. If you accidentally purchased an item, selected the wrong item type, or wish to return an item, we will not provide exchanges or refunds.
